How does it work?

Best results are found with my FIT LIFE Package.  You decide which three classes (or more) you attend with me every week. Currently I am running 8 classes every week: 3 Boot Camps, 3 Fitness Pilates classes and 2 Zumba classes.

There is the old maxim, “…you cannot out-train a bad diet” which is so true.  Many Personal Trainers attribute the success of their clients based up to as much as 70% dependant on a good diet.   In my 22 years as a Trainer I can say I have seen this to be true.

As a result I have developed a way of eating which I have called the 21-Day-Detox.  You do the “Detox” for the first 21 days and get rid of bad eating habits.  You then stick to this easy, nutritious lifestyle on an 80/20 basis for the rest of your life!  It’s so easy and effective – no faffing around with calories or measurements.  You just learn how to give your body what it needs and when.

The Detox comes via daily instructional and encouraging emails. This way you will NEVER HAVE TO “DIET” AGAIN! You will learn to live as you were intended to – without guilt and with joy!
