My name is Jenny Swan and I am a Fitness Trainer and weight-loss expert in Horsham, West Sussex.  My passion is to help busy women in Horsham, West Sussex improve their health and fitness and become happy with their bodies.  Through Fitness In Horsham I am dedicated to seeing people achieve great results that will change the way they see themselves.  I am privileged to say that I have helped many people change both their lives and the lives of their families through learning to eat healthily and exercise regularly!
