Personal Training

Whatever your health and fitness goal (or lack of!) Personal Training can help you define your goal and achieve it.  Personal Training is one-on-one training with me motivating, inspiring and encouraging you!

A typical first session (around 90 mins) would include the following:

  • Discuss aims and objectives
  • Fitness analysis – so we can measure your improvements over the following weeks
  • Diet analysis
  • Posture and co-ordination analysis
  • Tailored initial workout

After the first session I can provide you with a personal programme that you can follow at home which will help you move towards achieving your goal based on what we did together. If you have specific needs or would like regular Personal Training with me, I can give you a programme that will change as you progress and your body adapts to the exercises (usually every 6 weeks).
