Training

Fitness training should be effective (otherwise what is the point of doing it?!).  You need to see a difference in your body or your performance in some way to have continued motivation.  For women especially, exercise and fitness training also needs to have a social element and be a positive experience if you are going to keep coming back.

Although we all know we should exercise regularly, it is difficult to maintain discipline when the exercise programme we are following doesn’t give us the results we want or is really boring.  There is also the problem of time.  These days most of us are used to multi-tasking and often find that our own exercise plans go out of the window in our effort to be all things to all people!  To have a regular exercise slot can seem like a goal that is way out of reach!
